We use gluten free buckwheat flour, free range eggs from a local farm and full fat milk for our batter. Everything is made from scratch – no powders. All our savoury Crepes are served with fresh wild rocket, drizzle of Spanish olive oil, Himalayan salt and fresh ground black pepper.
